She tells him she doesn't like how he gets all the attention and how she should be the one her step-father should be focusing on. Ever since their parents got married her new step-brother has taken all of HER, step-father's attention. Always taking him to football games, instead of taking Nika on shopping trips. She puts her foot over him, holding him down with her toes. She says she'll return him to normal height as long as he serves her and stop getting in the way between her and his step-father. She says he'll be her personal foot slave and expects him to massage her feet and use his face as a personal foot stool. He refuses, and she then threatens to eat him alive at his small size. She was really hoping he would refuse, because she already ate his step-mother and all the insurance money will be going to her thanks to her updating his will.
