Perhaps just loud digestion? However you fling yourself back in fright when you and your ears confirm that there is screaming coming from within the walls of Amethyst's enlarged stomach! At first, Amethyst tries to deny it, but when the screaming continues she has no choice but to let you in on the "meal" she had while working out.
